Your humble host, Abbi Ibrahim, is an experienced International restaurateur and a certified Sommelier whose focus for many years has been Italian restaurants. He partnered with Italian-born chef Christopher Bacchiega, whose direct background gives him a leg up on his natural talents with Italian food.

Straw Hat Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven-days-a-week, at their beautiful beachfront location at the Frangipani Beach Resort on Meads Bay Anguilla. Straw Hat is open annually from November through August and is closed in September and October. Beach chairs are available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis for breakfast and lunch guests. Reservations are strongly suggested for dinner, and are helpful in securing the very best, beachfront tables.
